“Awesome”

“Next Level”

“Life Changing”

These are some of the words the attendees used to describe the MM8 Conference that me and my mastermind buddies hosted this past week in Dallas.

We are truly deeply humbled to hear that kind of feedback.

Two of them told us that they could have gone home after lunch on the very first day because they got their money’s worth.

I know the content was good. I learned a lot myself. But the true gem of the whole conference was the interaction between everyone and the fact that they are not going home alone.

We organized them into groups that will communicate together long after the conference ended. Many of them told us that they have been to other conferences, but that when they got home reality hit them and they didn’t take action on what they learned.

Also, when you have a bad sales day or something negative happens you need to be able to lean on like-minded individuals who understand what you do and who can encourage you. One of our participants said her friends and family don’t get what she does for a living and therefore can’t really be there to support her.

Our goal in creating groups for them is to give them a support system going forward, but also a group that can share sourcing deals they find.

This alone will pay for the cost of the event.

Imagine being able to walk into a store to source and know exactly what you’re looking for because one of your fellow group members has already found that item in their local store. That’s just one of the powers of being in a group.

So what does this mean for you?

1) This conference was so successful that we’ll be doing more so be on the lookout for those

2) Get involved in a community. If you’re not already a part of the MySilentTeam Facebook group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/mysilentteam/), get involved now. It’s totally free to join and it’s a community of like-minded individuals who can help you take your business to the next level.
